For Examinations, Consultation and Hygiene appointments the full fee is taken on bookingÂ
For Treatment appointments we will take a minimum of 50% of the full treatment fee on booking.Â
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation Policy is in place so please see notice period required for changes as below. Should we not receive the relevant notice for cancellations/changes your full deposit will be forfeited.
Appointments up to 1 hour:
A minimum of two working days notice is needed for the cancellation/changes.
Appointments 1- 2 hours:
A minimum of three working days notice is needed for the cancellation/changes.
Appointments Over 2 hours:
A minimum of four working days notice is needed for the cancellation/changes.
